We need at least 5-7 business days before for your requested date.
The picnic service only includes 2 hours as part of the package if you want to add an extra hour that will have an extra charge. You can add an extra hour as part of the add ons offered in the picnic service section.
The picnic packages are only for 2 people if you wish to add another person to the event you can include it as an add on on the picnic service section and it will have an extra charge on your service.
Sorry, we do not offer this service.
The client is responsible for the items if any items are missing or damaged
VERSATIL EVENT RENTALS will send him an invoice with the items( missing or damaged)
We can reschedule you for another day or for any future available date within 2 months of your original booking, but we do not give refunds.
